Post Bank Started Issuing a Unified Social Card of the Sverdlovsk Region
Starting July 22, the residents of the Sverdlovsk Region can obtain a Unified Social Card at the Post Bank branches across the Sverdlovsk Region. Uralochka, a multifunctional plastic card based on Mir Payment System, is an electronic key to the region’s digital infrastructure and is issued to all residents, regardless of social benefits.

National Payment Card System (NSPK, Mir Payment System Operator) launches cross-border transfers to cards of one more CIS’s payment system. Currently, funds can be transferred from Mir cards to cards of BELKART Payment System (Republic of Belarus).
