VTB Bank Belarus has its own ATM network consisting of 86 ATMs in Belarus.

Cash is withdrawn in Belarusian rubles. Customers of any bank who have Mir cards can use the service at the internal issuer’s fee rates.

Business Director of NSPK (Mir Payment System operator) Maxim Lazyrin: “Every year, about 200 thousand Russian tourists visit Belarus, among whom there are many holders of national payment cards. Due to our joint project with VTB Bank, they can perform transactions with Mir and Mir co-badged cards at VTB ATMs. Until the end of 2019, together with our partners we are going to expand the Mir card acceptance network both in Belarus and in other EEU countries.”
