As of July 1, 2017 Social Cards with VTB payment application are issued in Moscow on the basis of the Mir platform. The project envisages a phased migration of budget payments to Mir cards. Those who already have Social Cards will not need to change them before 1 July 2020 unless they expire earlier. However by 1 July 2020 all valid Social Cards irrespective of their expiry date will be replaced by Mir cards.
