Today, May 25, 2018, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the MIR Payment System, RNCB Bank and the Government of the Republic of Crimea have entered into an agreement on the launch of the Crimean's Card project.

The project envisages mutual acceptance of the two national payment systems’ cards in their infrastructures, i.e. Mir Cards in Armenia and Arca Cards in Russia. VTB, Alfa Bank, Tsentr-Invest and Uraltransbank have become the first participants in the project.
